Your Challenge

Work with small to medium-sized businesses (B2B) in your language market and provide advice about their marketing and advertising needs. Consult with key decision-makers in the marketing industry to help the clients get the best return on their investment in company software. Engage with the clientele and build a positive relationship with them to best understand their business goals and assist with any queries they may have. Provide strategic campaign support and advertiser training to your clients. Work towards customer satisfaction by meeting KPIs where monthly bonuses are awarded.

Your Resume

> C2 level of German

> C1 level of English

> A strong and focused business manner

> Experience in marketing, communications or client care

> A professional and friendly telephone attitude

> Experience working with business clients or high-level customer service is also helpful

> Confident, adaptable and results-oriented

> Interested in relocation to Lisbon via company package
