Management Trainee as Assistant F&B Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborates in all Food & Beverage operation supervision
- Provide a high service to our guests.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Assists the successful delivery of all F&B related activities and manifestos in achieving or exceeding the hotels targets in terms of guest satisfaction, quality assurance and financial metrics for all Food & Beverage related areas.
- Collaborates in the short- and long-term planning and management of the all food & beverage operations.
- Collaborates in the smooth service functioning of The Villa Cipriani Restaurant, William Restaurant, The Dining Room, Afternoon Tea, Pool Restaurant, Gastro Bar, Pool Bar, Room Service and banquets & events.
- Assists the implementation of any F&B-related projects and global programs
- Assists in Identifying opportunities and developing solutions to enhance the performance for all F&B aspects and operation, such as LQA and guest experience.
- Collaborate with the HOD and line staff in the efficient delivery of providing the highest standards of service to our guests.
- Works cohesively with food and beverage manager, HOD and chefs to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Assists other departments wherever necessary and maintains good working relationships.
- Collaborate in the admin of the F&B department
- Collaborates as Duty Manager.
Requirements:
Hotel school degree
