Administrative Assistant | Algarve | Construction

The Project Development department is a key market differentiator of Portugal Homes, providing a unique and unrivalled service tailored to our investor's needs always following our company's core values of honesty, trust and accountability, in everything we do.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Project Development & Construction department;
Deal and provide support with all sales processes and contracts associated (previous experience valued);
Answers phone calls, schedule meetings and provide direct support to the director and management;
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc;
Organize the department files and Drive;
Keep a record of the department expenses and earnings, and support with payments and invoicing;
Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results;
Make travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations;
Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail;
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Reporting Skills:
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Strong organizational and planning skills;
Proficient in MS Office;
Administrative Writing Skills;
Managing Processes;
Professionalism;
Supply Management;
Inventory.
Further Details:
Full-time;
9 AM – 6 PM;
Monday to Friday;
