Digital Data Analyst | Lisbon

Portugal Homes is looking for an exceptional and talented person who will want to show how digital analytics can have a positive impact on understanding customer behaviour and developing the right marketing strategies. The role will be hands-on, conducting digital analysis on multiple sources of data (incl. client data), developing analytics solutions to deliver value through understanding the performance of each marketing channel & campaigns; actioning these insights by building recommendations and visualisations.
Key Responsibilities:
Create digital marketing campaigns
Analyze marketing data from campaigns, portals, website traffic and translate it into actionable data for performance improvement
Create marketing reports and analyze Harland & Poston Group performance data
Manage Pay-Per-Click campaigns in Search, Display, Social Media, Video and Affiliates
Perform email marketing and lead generation activities, including formatting, optimizing, and distributing email messages and marketing campaigns, event invitations, announcements, and newsletters
Make sure email distributions follow marketing best practices, applicable regulations, anti-spam laws, and brand standards
Carry out updates and maintenance of information and business intelligence relating to activities and marketing within the Hubspot CRM
Help in developing, launching, and maintaining blogs, microsites, campaign measurement and analytics
Apply tools such as CRM, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, social media management platforms, and the CRM in creating, analyzing, and interpreting requested reports
Make useful suggestions on improving business processes and procedures, and the department’s systems
Responsible for designing, producing, and distributing specific departmental reports that may be required
Ensure documentation and maintenance of daily work activities, including team activities
Provide training and deliver presentations when required and directed by the Digital Marketing Director
May be responsible for managing supplier relationships.
Create Translations for key websites for the Harland & Poston Group
Support all teams if necessary, from marketing, information, and data point of view
Manage digital marketing projects whenever necessary to support the Digital Marketing Director
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or other related field
Master’s Degree in CRM, Data, Information Systems is a plus
Knowledge of digital landscape is a must
Clear understanding of attribution models and digital marketing campaign performance
A strong focus on reaching results/KPI’s
Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Power BI, Python or C++ Skils will be an added advantage, but not mandatory
