ServiceNow Developer (m/f)
Human Profiler is a Human Resources Consulting company, specialized in IT Outsourcing and recruitment and selection of qualified profiles, acting with total flexibility and adaptation to the needs of our customers.
Our client is a Portuguese company oriented to IT that wants to recruit a ServiceNow Developer (m/f) for Lisbon. It will be full-remote.
Main Tasks:

• Design, configure and implement ServiceNow based applications to support business processes that meet business requirements:
• Review and provide requirements with Business Analysts and/or end-users;
• Contribute to technical designs and implementation plans in conjunction with other team members;
• Follow agreed implementation plans and timelines to deliver required functionality;
• Create interfaces to work with other internal and external systems using Web services and other technologies;
• Work effectively and constructively as part of the ITSM team and other virtual teams as needed;
• Provide technical input on the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and insights on the preferred/best practice way to implement solutions and appropriate trade-offs;
• Workflow development;
• CI class creation and/or modification of existing classes and relationships;
• Use of automation to populate CMDB;
• JavaScript development.

Required Profile:

• Degree in Computer Engineering (or similar);
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ServiceNow development;
• Experience of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services);
• Experience with General development;
• Experience with JavaScript;
• Experience in the development of REST/SOAP web services in ServiceNow (Plus);
• Experience with ITIL (Plus);
• Experience working in an Agile development environment (Plus);
• ServiceNow Admin Certification (Plus);
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Comfortable with English (oral and written);
• Good organizational skills, proactivity and team player.
