Sherpany was founded in 2011 with a vision of creating a world where every meeting counts. Our team is building a mobile and web based platform that allows effective decision making by digitally transforming meeting management processes. To date, over 7,000 leaders have improved their meeting productivity thanks to Sherpany. Within the next 5 years we aim to give back over 2 Mio. hours of extra time to people making decisions thereby enabling them to focus on value-adding work. Our headquarter is located in Zurich and we have offices in Lisbon, Berlin, Milan and Wroclaw.

The People Administrator provides excellent, administrative people support to all Sherpanees. They focus on efficient processes, same day responses and low resolution time for all incoming requests. They pro-actively document, review and challenge processes to ensure their clarity, functionality and effectiveness.

Tasks
Responsibilities (what you will be doing):
The People Administrator provides excellent, administrative people support to all Sherpanees. They focus on efficient processes, same day responses and low resolution time for all incoming requests. They pro-actively document, review and challenge processes to ensure their clarity, functionality and effectiveness.
- Responsible for all people admin related requests (via ticketing system) for all our locations
- Cooperating closely with our external HR providers for people admin related topics
- Responsible for the essential onboarding of new Sherpanees (first point of contact, organising official onboarding sessions, registering the new Sherpanees in all payroll, social security and employment relevant tools) and measuring the effectiveness of the process
- Coordinating the payroll in cooperation with external payroll providers for all subsidiaries (register and de-register, communicate salary related changes to the external providers, answer questions around social insurance, absence, regulations and prepare & send out payslips)
- Preparing and sending out contract amendments and implement the defined changes in our HR tool, the team page and inform relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Creating and sending out interim reference letters
- Handling of HR tool requests around time-off, absences, etc. and keeping our internal HR tool up to date
- Ensuring our knowledge sharing and documenting tool (wiki) is up to date for all people related topics
- Supporting the people team with individual requests or projects
Requirements
