HR Specialist Full-time

We are currently looking for Human Resources Specialist who will ontribute to continuous update and improvement of HR Services procedures, processes and systems and respective documentation with a focus on onboarding.

Responsibilities:
Support and follow-up intercompany transfers / assignments / VISA Process all related activities namely relocation packages (accommodation & transfer of goods);

Onboarding ? receive, train, follow-up and assist new joiners and all involved logistics;

Keep onboarding manuals updated;

Handle admission documentation and respective records;

Communicate all new admissions to the payroll provider;

Schedule medical exams with the service provider: admission and periodical exams;

Inclusions: Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Pension Funds;

Follow-up induction training plans with hiring managers;

Apply onboarding surveys, it?s statistics and action plan follow-up;

Training organization (LMS) and records according to legal requirements;

Support, whenever it is necessary, admin tasks including system updates;

Participate, whenever it is necessary, in Engagement & Wellbeing Plan;

Creation and organization of manuals whenever necessary;

Design, develop visually appealing content and gather information for the local HR Newsletter (bi-monthly);

Provide support to events organization whenever it?s necessary;

Update job descriptions and control documentation revision levels;

Provide support to all documentation related with contractors and their renewal in case of need ? liaise with hiring manager and respective service provider;

Compliance with company policies and law requirements;

Provide support to Porto and Barcelona?s office employees.

Skillset required:
1 - 2 year?s relevant working experience in a multinational environment, preferably within SSC HR

Experience with Business computing solutions, ideally with SAP HR (e.g. Success Factors)

Advance level of English, both spoken and written

Areas of experience: Mobility/Visa process, Assignments, Onboarding, Communication

Good knowledge of MS-Office applications (Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)

Additional knowledge of Spanish is a plus

Labour legislation knowledge is a plus

Very good analytical skills and detail-oriented work style

Team player

Strong customer focus and service minded

International mind-set

Ability to work under pressure as well as prioritizes and completes tasks in order of importance

Good communication skills
