GRUPO CONSTANT, a company specialized in Human Resources, through its HR & Training business area, is recruiting an Insights & Intelligence/ Product Manager (M/F) for a prestigious Multinational Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry, for Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

- Support the launch of a New Product in Portugal and in the next years at Spain and France markets;

- Follow the development of the market, analyzing competitors performance and internal business insights, reporting to Portugal;

- Follow all principles and standards defined by Group/Division related to National Product implementation;

- Responsible for collecting a wide range of data and applying analytical techniques to evaluate and draw conclusions from the information gathered;

- Evaluate National General Product market;

- Evaluate brand/product performance at financial level;

- Defined market forescast;

- Asses initiative effectiveness and marketing activation performance;

- Commercialize opportunities & risks;

- Conduct trade investment analysis;

- Ensure all insights, learning points and opportunities are effectively communicated to all relevant stakeholders.

Profile:

- Academic Background in Business Administration or similar (mandatory);

- Five years maximum of experience managing people and working with many different stakeholders in this role;

- Experience in Market Data and Analytics;

- Three to five years maximum of experience in I&I department (plus);

- Good knowledge of English language, spoken and written (B2 ? C1);

- Focus on results;

- Pasion and proactivity;

- Ability to see beyond the data and more ways of doing things;

- Possibility to travel when necessary.
