Your mission
We are looking for a Customer Success - Admin (French speaking) to join our Care team in Lisbon!
In this role, you will be in direct contact with our customers to answer all their questions and help them manage their Lovys profile. Positive, you like to support and solve problems. You thrive in a customer relationship and support role. Rigorous in monitoring processes, you are also comfortable with writting and speaking in French.
Our ideal candidate likes to take on challenges and get their hands dirty. Empathetic and didactic, he/she knows how to put himself in the customer's shoes and understand his expectations easily. Administrative assistance on our Auto insurance products (verification of documents, modification of documents, follow-up calls, etc.)
Respond to our customers on all communication channels (email, chat, telephone, social networks)
Active collaboration on the missions of the Care Lovys department
Achieving quality of service and satisfaction objectives
Document the processes and improve the organization of Customer Care on a daily basis
Identify critical points and escalate customer feedback Your profile

We are looking for someone with:
- Operational experience in customer relations or customer support
- Perfect command of French is essential
- A perfect mastery of oral and writing redaction.
- Qualities of empathy & benevolence
- Strong appetite for execution, with attention to detail
- A good level of English (spoken fluently)
- Knowledge of insurance and/or experience in a startup are a plus. Why us?
