As a Scrum Master, you?ll ensure development teams follow Scrum framework values and agile practices. You?ll mentor and motivate the team to improve processes while facilitating meetings and decision-making processes and eliminating team impediments in demanding web projects.

What You?ll Be Doing:

As a Scrum Master, you?ll be:

• 
  Using Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.


• Training, mentoring, and supporting agile teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices, either Scrum or Kanban.


• Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.


• Driving and facilitating decision-making processes
  
• Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements


• Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing

The Hands-On Experience We Need You to Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
  
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM)


• Experience in the Software Development Industry


• Knowledge and good ability to execute the main Scrum ceremonies


• Experience in using JIRA/Confluence


• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

The Extra Experience We?d Love to See:

• Working knowledge and experience of using agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions


• We will value experience in managing several teams running in parallel in more than one project.


• PMP certification or training is highly valued (other similar certifications are also great)
