ROLE SUMMARY
Reporting to the Associate Manager, Sales Account, the person will be responsible for the management of specific Key Accounts within the Portuguese trade including analysis, presentation of products and trade term negotiation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  Key Account Plan development in line with Categories Strategies that delivers Sales, Trade Spend and SOM objectives

• 
  Ensure right execution of Key Account Plan (from customer presentation to execution at stores)

• 
  Promo ROI continuous improvement

• 
  Preparation, negotiation and execution of customers annual agreements

• 
  Support of the Lead Sales Account Management

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• 
  Degree level education or equivalent, emphasis on Sales & Marketing

• 
  Commercial background with at least 3 to 5 years in Commercial experience (ideally a combination of Sales or Customer Marketing and Marketing).

• 
  Mobility (the potential next step could be outside the local market)

• 
  Fluent in English

• 
  Understanding and knowledge of the Portuguese & European retail environment

• 
  Strong communication and negotiation skills and ability to prioritize

• 
  Ability to drive for results with high degree of initiative and speed

• 
  Strong communicator and team worker, able to build relationships at all levels and across function in an ambiguous environment
