Hello everyone,
I am looking for an "HR Trainee" but as a freelancer to start ASAP.
As a freelancer, you must be able to write invoices so I can pay you.

If you fit the criteria, you could start this week!

General Tasks:

(1) Project Management
(2) Recruitment
(3) Events & Networking
(4) Admin Work

What you will learn:

• Communication (writing, creative writing, etc.)
• Management of tasks, projects, and maybe some small digital projects
• Time management, incl. time tracking
• Research
• EU Remote work
• Recruitment
• Relocating talent from Latam and India to Europe
• and much more.

Language requirements:

(1) Portuguese on a native level is a must.
(2) English fluency in speaking & writing is a must,
(3) Spanish would be nice to have.
(4) German from A1 onwards ... would be incredible!

Basic Requirements:

(1) Have your own laptop.
(2) Be able to legally work as a freelancer/independent worker for up to 10 hours/week.
(3) Be ready to work from home. Have a setup at home that offers you a quiet work experience. You must have fast internet at home.
(4) Have your own phone.

Prior work experience:

Any work with computers (technology) and in any kind of office environment is beneficial.
Among others, you must be fluent with this kind of tools from day 1:

• Google eMail, Google Docs/MS-Word, etc.
• Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet
• Trello, Confluence

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract

Salary: 5.00? - 10.00? per hour
