Salesforce / Hubspot Admin (Berlin remote)

Sherpany was founded in 2011 with a vision of creating a world where every meeting counts. Our team is building a mobile and web based platform that allows effective decision making by digitally transforming meeting management processes. To date, over 7,000 leaders have improved their meeting productivity thanks to Sherpany. Within the next 5 years we aim to give back over 2 Mio. hours of extra time to people making decisions thereby enabling them to focus on value-adding work. Our headquarter is located in Zurich and we have offices in Lisbon, Berlin, Milan and Wroclaw.
Tasks
Responsibilities (what you will be doing):
- Developing, maintaining and supporting our existing SaaS-IT-landscape (Google Workspace, Saleseforce, Hubspot, etc.)
- Act as a key point of contact and support your stakeholders with questions or queries around our IT-landscape
- Empowering our internal stakeholders to increase their productivity by ensuring a well thought through and user friendly interface and efficient workflows
- Defining and documenting our stakeholders needs and then converting them into value-adding enhancements
- Managing and optimizing data-flows across IT-platforms
- Regularly reviewing our processes and workflows and think about improvement solutions, be curious and come up with ideas
- Support your team members on strategic CRM projects
- Perform IT-Operations as e.g. on- and off-boarding, training, etc.
Requirements
Requirements (what we will love about you):
- You have 2-3 years of experience in administering at either one of the following platforms: Salesforce, Hubspot, Netsuite
- You are striving to expand your know-how within and beyond our CRM-environment
- You are motivated to leave your footprint in Sherpany and have an impact as part of the tech team
- Ability to understand a business stakeholders underlying problem and transform it into an IT-solution
- Service-oriented personality and a proactive approach
- Problem solving attitude
- Fluent in English (spoken, written)
What is your mission in the first 12 months?After 3 months:
- You have understood our IT-landscape and are able to provide technical support to our end-users
- You are able to independently perform operational tasks as e.g. the IT on- and offboarding for our end-users
- You have contributed to strategic CRM projects and successfully delivered the expected value
3-6 months:
- You have improved your capabilities by continuously learning how to administer and support all CRM-platforms
- You have implemented various lean and user-centric technology-solutions to increase the productivity of our end-users
6-12 months:
- You have increased the internal CSAT for Customer 360 through improving the user-friendliness of our CRM.
- You have enabled our users to work more productively with our core-tech-landscape and thus have increased the avg. PSAT.
