Your Main Activities Are

• Produce and manage all the contractual documents and follow thru all other support documentation for hiring purposes


• Update internal databases with new hire/employees information


• Gather payroll data and working days


• Partner with management promoting Human Resources policies, procedures, programs/tools and internal rulings based on the labor law


• Answer questions from other HR teams/professionals and employees regarding HR matters by also providing clear understanding on processes and applicable governance


• Protect the interests of employees and the organization ijn accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations


• Able to handler problems which may be difficult but typically not complex

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or Social Sciences


• Ability to use a range of software and tools, and develop an understanding of HR systems


• Understanding of HR policies and processes


• Awareness of employee relations matters and HR operational processes


• Excellent written and verbal communication in English


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong client focus


• Ability to plan and deliver results in a reactive/proactive customer service environment


• Attention to detail and quality awareness


• Ability to work on several tasks concurrently


• Passion for client service and commitment to operational excellence
