We are looking for a broadly skilled Senior Product Manager CRM with experience in a hyper-growth SaaS
As Product Manager, you are a key player in building great products and delivering them to our customers. We are looking for the right person who can understand our customer needs, our business, how success is defined and ensure we are developing solutions looking for these characteristics. We expect ownership responsibility for not only the product but to change the real estate market together with CASAFARI. We are a data innovation company with the mission to change the real estate market, so we expect you to think not only big but also be able to execute.
You will be responsible for CASAFARI CRM, a unique CRM focused on the real estate market connected to CASAFARI data intelligence.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own:
- Be the primary contact about the CASAFARI CRM product side.
- Define product strategy and roadmap to achieve business objectives in line with the company vision.
- Drive Product Development from conception to launch.
- Work closely with our Delivery Managers to guarantee a perfect execution.
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers by driving discovery, conducting research and customer interviews, data analysis, usability testing.
- Define, prioritize and communicate long-term product goals.
- Communicate all new features and strategies to others teams, together with product marketing evangelize product positioning and messaging.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing team to pro-actively identify opportunities, personas, pains & solutions, positioning and messaging.
- Collaborate with other product teams to leverage product strategies for maximum impact.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in product management in a hyper-growth B2B SaaS or technology business, ideally with a free trial or freemium.
- Proven experience in most of the above-mentioned key responsibilities.
- Expertise in measuring the success of the product strategy.
- Startup/Scale-up experience in finding product-market fit.
- Balanced: equally creative, analytical, strategic, and hands-on.
- You are a proactive and highly structured planner: You are driven to take ownership, you help to create focus, impact, and forward-thinking.
- Must be fluent / native English. Additional Spanish, Portuguese, French or German are a big plus.
- Plus:
