A Real Estate Investor, Manager and Developer with a leading presence in Spain and Portugal, which activities are focused on the Residential Build-to-Sell.

Your new role

During the course of the program, you will learn the value of teamwork and problem-solving, rotating through different business areas such as Acquisitions, Controlling, Project Management and Commercial in different locations. As such, your responsibilities will include: development of investment opportunities analysis and presentation to the rest of the team, monitoring and control of assets under management, and preparation of business reports and other marketing documents for current and potential investors.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for recent graduates in Civil Engineering with a good academic record and interest in the real estate business. You?ll need to have a very advanced level of English (both written and oral) and MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Also, you are expected to reveal high analytical and programming skills, be detail and results oriented, as well as proactive and able to assume a high degree of responsibility under limited supervision. Previous experience through internships or scholarships will be highly valued.
