Job Overview and Responsibilities

You will engage in the team of Treasury Tools & Bank Account Management with the following main missions:
Bank Account Management

• 
  Creation, maintenance and closure of Solvay group bank accounts (worldwide scope)
• 
  Support with Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process with the banks
• 
  Update of Power of Attorney / list of signatories in collaboration with Finance
• 
  Central administration of Solvay Bank Accounts repository
• 
  Participation in Bank Account Management and POA continuous improvement key projects
• 
  Treasury archives (with banks, intragroup & third-parties)

Risk Management & Documentation

• 
  Assistance in internal control and external audit.
• 
  Update existing working procedures in TSU documentation center Confluence

Treasury Systems Management (SAP & FIS Quantum)

• 
  Management of access rights, admin of static data and master files, data reconciliations

Education and Experience

• Studies in Data Management, Treasury or Finance
• 
  No previous experience needed but is highly appreciable

Skills

• Fluent in English
• 
  Rigorous and organizational skills
• 
  Good analysis skills and problem-solving mindset
• 
  Skills in risk management and digital tools development are high appreciated but not mandatory
• 
  Fast learner
