Once our Team is scaling, the People Success Team is facing new adventures and challenges to keep up with the tasks related to our growth. As a People Success Admin, you will be part of our People team, focusing on People Operations admin tasks. Your responsibilities:
- Employment contract creation and administration
- Formal document checks/reviews and compliance
- Wider HR/People administration duties
- Manage the administration about maternity/paternity and adoption matters
- Working with the Managers to provide reports of key dates, including probation end date, term fixed-term contract end dates, and dates regarding maternity leave, etc.
- Absence recording and monitoring
- Payroll (submission and quality checks), including salary and benefits support
- Acknowledging staff resignations and completing the leaver's process
- Maintaining and managing the Personnel files, both the paper and electronic filing, ensuring they are up-to-date
- Additional duties can include support around HR policies, culture, wellbeing/mental health, and employee support.
About you:
- Degree in HR, Management or similar
- Orientation to details, processes, and results
- Amazing written and verbal communication skills
- High levels of energy and a huge dose of optimism and positivity
- Team player who loves to bring new ideas to the table
- Work remotely from Portugal
- Fluent in English
