You want to be part of a company with a Work Hard & Play Hard attitude, what you´ll do: Provide support and cooperate on the daily Operations, Logistics and Finance, when necessary to guarantee both a smooth and efficient operation. Operational management of the services of our Surf School in Santa Cruz and our surf trips services; Identifying and implementing opportunities to optimize the entire field operation Processing of customer inquiries. Travel planning and sales. Organize trips and ensure our guests are having a great time staying with us (awesome atmosphere). Helping out with: creating content on our social media (instagram, Facebook, blog) & engaging followers Developing new sales and marketing strategies for new surf packages and group deals Management and development of communication channels, search for new partnerships, creation of new content for the website. Website improving! Requisitos : Who you are: Degree in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field You should be ready to bring a positive input in tasks like bookings/admin/marketing/operation Fluent in English plus one more of the following languages: Portuguese or German, or French (mandatory), other EU-languages are a strong plus; You have a work permit, IEFP registered (unless it's your first job) a valid driver's license and feel confident enough to drive a van. Structured and well-organized person. Self-sufficient and you get stuff done! You?re a problem solver who thrives on creating solutions, and is not afraid to get their hands dirty. Multitasking capability; Excellent customer relationship skills Willingness to learn Knowledge SEO best practice, WordPress website management would be a plus! Video production/editing experience would be a plus! Understanding, experience & interest in Surf Travel & Outdoors experiences is a plus. Experience in Hospitality business or rent-a-car would be a plus; Connections in the Swiss/German surf scene are a plus. Positive and assertive attitude; You?re passionate about providing a service with care and going the extra mile. You?re available for a full-time (40 hours) job with flexible working hours and on rotative shifts when necessary.
