We are looking to expand our team by hiring a new* HR Service Delivery Consultant*, a team player who is ready to make the role their own and bring their own ideas and innovations to the table. Reporting to the HR Service Delivery Manager, our new colleague will be supporting our HR Service Delivery team with applying business knowledge and human resources expertise to provide a wide range of HR administrative and strategic support to our HR Service Teams and clients across the globe and to support the day-to-day activities of the HR operations teams. These include but not limited to: answering colleagues and client employee inquiries, coordinating with payroll service teams, new hire reporting and other HR processes, and the migration of new operational work into the shared services, focusing on exemplary customer service to our customers and colleagues.
We value the ability to multitask and taking accountability for the timely delivery of all transactional aspects of the client and employee lifecycle, whilst facilitating the integrity of all HR data held within client service delivery. As part of the team, the HR Service Delivery Consultant would be able to resolve or support HR Managers on customer inquiries at the first point of contact, via appropriate interpretation of internal policy & procedural guidance and legislative requirements, to be a proactive part of reaching our business transformation goals for organization design, implementation, managing and strategic HR delivery to our clients on a regional basics. The HR Service Delivery Consultant will also be supporting client employee requirements, responding to, and resolving queries in line with our KPIs and SLAs as well as working with other members of our team on identifying root cause analysis and continuous improvements to meet expectations and set objectives, as well as providing project support to the HR Services Regional Managers. This position also includes various administrative support duties related to the preparation, maintenance, and retrieval of electronic work site employee (WSE) personnel files.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the first level responder to inquiries from Employees in the HR email mailbox.
- Provide assistance with department initiatives within the HR Services Department. May be assigned specific duties within this department on an ongoing basis.
- Review, interpret and compile documents in response to onboarding, off boarding or day to day HR support for WSEs.
- Collect data and conduct research as needed basis for various required audits or requests.
- Respond to employees’ requests such as employment verifications, and personnel file requests in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate a high-performance culture within HR Shared Services ensuring delivery of timely support to the business.
- Ensure HR Shared Services processes are compliant to the standards determined by the relevant stakeholders.
- Identify opportunity for change and working with the HR Service delivery team and COO to deliver enhancements.
- Develop strong relationships with global services teams (Customer Success Manager, Payroll, Sales & Accounting).

- You have a background in working with KPIs, service levels, etc.
- You have previous experience in service management.
- You have a strong stakeholder management skill ? both internal and external, at a senior level.
- You have a strong mind-set aligned to delivering customer service.
- You have excellent communication skills in English and another European language (Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, Romanian, French, Italian, Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Slovakian, German, Greek, Bulgarian, Serbian, Nordic or Baltic languages)
