The HR Management Support trainee will integrate the HR Management Support team and, under the supervision of the HR Chief of Staff, will participate in various projects, such as:

• HR/Business Events

  
  

• HR Development & Communications

  
  

• HR Tools implementation

  
  

• Reporting & Monitoring

  
  

• HR Transversal Projects

  
  

Your Main Activities Are

• Participate in the development and implementation of the 2022-2025 HR strategy on specific topics including employer branding, respect for persons, human capital (notably internal career mobility and talent management) and people care

  
  

• Manage and/or support the HR projects implementation ensuring the accomplishment of the goals, a successful rollout and feedback collection

  
  

• Support the organization of meetings and events

  
  

• Support the preparation of the diverse internal committees

  
  

• Design and implement events/initiatives for HR, promoting HR team animation, skills development and team buildings

  
  

• Support the redesign of the HR Resource Center (Sharepoint), both in terms of content and format

  
  

• Promote employee recognition programmes

  
  

• Produce KPI dashboards to track success and improvement areas of our initiatives

  
  

• Monitor HR policies and procedures revision

  
  

• Support the HR Chief of Staff and other HR partners on ad-hoc topics

  
  

Profile and Skills to Success

• Preferred Academic Background: Social Sciences or Human Resources

  
  

• Fluent in English

  
  

• Good knowledge of French is a plus

  
  

• Good communication skills - oral & written

  
  

• Ability to manage a project

  
  

• Ability to collaborate/Teamwork
