Your Main Activities Are

Know your customer

• Initiation and follow-up of KYC requests and client on-boarding for primary and secondary trades

Transaction booking & closing administration

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance of internal procedures on internal booking (e.g. Castle, BddF, etc)


• Preparation of internal tools (e.g. FISAC) and coordinate with Legal and initiate escalation procedures if required


• Coordination and follow-up of different steps with internal stakeholders (Front office, Middle-Office, Agency) to ensure successful signing, and closings of transactions


• Cost invoicing to clients (e.g. syndication expenses, fee invoices)

Deal communication

• Preparation and submission of deals to league table providers

Post-syndication Derisking

• Coordinate and assist in the review process of fronting and loss share agreement


• Initiate and coordinate the credit procedure if required


• Ensure implementation with middle and loan agency upon fronting


• Follow-up on the de-risking process with internal and external shareholders

Reporting

• Assist in preparation of fee & RWA reporting


• Assist with preparation of other internal reports for Debt Markets and other internal stakeholders

Support other ad hoc projects

Profile and Skills to Success

• Graduate (ideally with specialization in Law, Finance or Business School)


• Fluent in English


• High degree of computer literacy


• Audit/Accounting knowledge is a plus


• Fluent in English, French is a plus


• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills


• Basic knowledge of the loan and bond products and syndication process is a plus


• Good knowledge of MS Office tools


• Strong commitment, ability to work under pressure and excellent team player


• Excellent written & oral skills
