Execution Analyst

About the job
The position is in the Capital Markets EMEA Team in Lisbon and will primarily provide support for Securitised Products Group (SPG) in the initiation and follow-up of Know Your Customer (KYC) requests and client on-boarding.
Your Main Activities Are
- Take ownership of the KYC client on-boarding process on behalf of the SPG deal team and, occasionally, of the KYS (Know Your Supplier) on-boarding process on behalf of the SPG deal team
- Develop an understanding of the SPG business, and the internal KYC flag requirements for SPG transactions and clients
- In coordination with the SPG deal team and Coverage teams, ensure on-boarding requests are raised to Due Diligence (DD) teams via the MAOS workflow tool
- Coordinate the gathering of all documents and materials required by DD teams for the on-boarding process, working closely with the SPG deal team, Coverage, Compliance and DD
- Develop an understanding of the materials required by different KYC jurisdictions so all DD teams involved in the on-boarding of a specific client have the necessary information to proceed with the requests, within the required time frame. Anticipate bottle necks so they can be escalated / addressed in a timely manner
- Monitor all live on-boarding requests, coordinating with the DD teams to ensure the process is appropriately paced
- Track the progress of on-boarding requests closely, targeting full completion ahead of the anticipated transaction launch date. Escalate cases where KYC is expected not to be in place before transaction launch so relevant KYC Exception requests can be made
- Coordination of KYC Exception requests, in conjunction with the SPG deal team
- Coordinate and manage the recertification process
Profile and Skills to Success
- Graduate (Engineering School with specialization in Finance or Business School is a plus)
- Fluent in English, while French is a plus
- Excel/Access, VBA skills is a plus
- Audit/Accounting knowledge is a plus
- Experience in project management beneficial
- Ability to communicate and develop good working relationships with different departments (Coverage, Compliance, Due Diligence, etc.)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Organisation and coordination skill
- Strong availability, tenacity, initiative, commitment and curiosity
- Flexible, good team player
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines while maintaining high standards
