Employee Experience Representative Temporary position (maternity leave replacement)

You?ll have agility and knowledge on how to differentiate urgent vs important. The successful office manager is an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible, and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

Objectives of this role:

br/>Full responsibility for front desk activities;

  • Establish a historical reference for the office by outlining procedures for protection, retention, record and disposal;
  • Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts and office systems;
  • Maintain office facilities, kitchen, grocery, office supplies and manage all tasks related to the maintenance of the office;
  • Maintains employee records and documentation updated;
  • Assist with on boarding of new employees;
  • Assure administrative assistant duties, including supplier?s management, expenses? management, meetings and events? planning, office supplies? management, and any other related administrative tasks;
  • Manage vendor and service provider coordination (building facilities, services, caterers, merchandising);
  • Accountability responsibilities (Petty Cash + Cash Advance for Travels)
  • Develop and maintain budget for assigned programs, events and activities.
  • Take care and previously organize all the documentation related to the office and employees? travels*
  • Organization and coordination of employees? welfare projects, activities and events ? Virtually and in Person;
  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary.
  • Responsible for the Attendance System for all the PT team;

Requirements:

  • 2+ years proven experience in a similar role in a medium large-size fast-growth technological company, or hi-tech company and with high energy and fast-paced global environment.
  • Ability to ramp up quickly, understand Checkmarx?s Culture and proactively tailor the right perspective of employee experience to support it and its development.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiatives, while building collaborative relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in English
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workload.
  • Strong attention to details.
