Your Main Activities Are

• Direct and indirect management of IT activities


• Training and support for daily activities


• Manage daily activities of the team


• Ensure respect for norms and standards


• Provide support to final users


• Participate in new projects/initiatives and contribute to the development of client relationships


• Produce Reports and KPIs


• Perform the necessary reports and statistics on the work and the team


• Manage Risks and issues reporting


• Manage clear and effective communications to team members and stakeholders


• To build strong working relationships with IT ADM stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of business processes, an end-to-end understanding of operating models including IT system flow


• Encouraging effective teamwork through collaboration, enabling the sharing of skills, experience and ideas
