B2B COORDINATOR

Job Overview:
Accountable for the successful management and growth of the B2B sales channel for the NU-IN brand. Including planning, budgeting and execution across all markets.
What will you do
Own the development, implementation and execution of the wholesale channel sales plan to deliver on short- and long-term sales goals for all departments of both men and womenswear along with any future departments
Act as member of the leadership team and a key contributor in strategic planning at the company level
Establish short- and long-term sales goals for all accounts and territories and manage wholesale business to these goals
Manage and lead independent any sales force & distributors
Manage sales representative incentive programs to maximize sales results and service standards
Cultivate relationships with key decision makers and leadership at key accounts, direct accounts and international partners
Showcase and secure orders on collections
Negotiate budgets and contracts with all B2B partners
Work with marketing team to establish key account seasonal sales and marketing plans to drive sell through results
Develop and manage internal and external reporting for wholesale business to maximize performance and provide data and insights to internal teams on wholesale performance
Work closely with product and merchandising teams to leverage feedback from buyers and retailers to identify growth opportunities for key items and categories
Partner with creative and marketing teams to develop creative strategies to connect the NU-IN brand, products and partnerships with target consumers in domestic and international wholesale markets & Key Accounts
Travel to trade shows, regional shows and key line showings to ensure clear brand message and identify sales opportunities by account
Own P+L for Wholesale department, including forecasting
What background would fit best for this role
Proven record and more of 5 years of experience
Bachelor?s degree in a related field
Act as member of the leadership team and a key contributor in strategic planning at the company level.
Good communication skills
Languages: English
