<u>Who You Are:</u>

• Currently, you are studying Human Resources (preferable) or any related university program
  
• Strong communication skills in English is a must
  
• French is a plus
  
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
  
• A people person who loves to communicate and with great interpersonal skills
  
• You like a challenge, and are excited by the prospect of taking on responsibility
  
• Team-player who can work collaboratively in a team environment but has the autonomy to work by herself/himself
  
• Interested in a start-up environment and working in a multicultural environment
  

<u>Main Responsibilities:</u>

• Analyze digital profiles and understand role requirements to source
  
• Source Candidates via LinkedIn Outreach, Job postings, Network events and etc
  
• Screen candidates and lead them through the interview process
  
• Produce reports and improve recruiting process
  
• Suggest improvements, contribute, and leave your mark!
