• Support in overall processes of talent management, performance management, learning and development;


• Performance management - drive process according to plan;


• Be part of new performance management design process to launch from 2022;


• Support on corporate LMS training plan definition;


• Lead mandate trainings on region;


• Facilitate other L&D programs on a regional basis;


• Leaders Program admin;


• Mentoring Program process design;


• Drive PDC meetings on regional / local basis.

Perfil ideal

• Degree in the field of Human Resources Management;


• 5 to 8 years of experiences in areas of Learning, Development and Training in a multicultural environment;


• Strong personal drive, willingness to work with people from various cultures, must be able to work effectively in a team;


• Language skills: Business level English;


• Computer proficiency.
