Financial Reporting Predictive Analyst Full-time

  • The Credit Risk Reporting (CRR) Predictive Analysis Team works at Oxygen Finance Services to monitor the integrity, consistency of the prudential information according to BCBS239 principles, contributing to a continuous improvement of the data quality and processes, on top of that assists the department with reports and analysis on the main regulatory evolutions and normative projects that may affect the department

  • In this context, the main objective of a Predictive Analyst is to assist with reports and analysis on the main regulatory evolutions and normative projects that may affect the department

  • The Predictive Analyst will help improving the quality of the data?s, the processes used by CRR department and work with the IT department in order to improve the efficiency of the tools used by the CRR Department


Your Main Activities Are


  • Advise about Basel III framework, with particular emphasis on regulatory compliance, internal governance and controls

  • Take part of new projects, especially related to new regulatory frameworks, like Basel IV, in order to achieve group objectives

  • Provide a full understanding of the purpose and main impacts of the projects, ensuring the planning and the follow-up of the execution

  • Provide support in the preparation and delivery of the regulatory reports

  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and develop useful reports for data quality monitoring

  • Take part of new projects, especially related to new regulatory frameworks, like Basel IV

  • Ensure data integrity and consistency of the prudential information according to BCBS239 principles

  • Promote open-minded attitudes when driving change management


Profile and Skills to Success


  • At least 5 years of experience in Risk/Finance services within banking environment

  • Master?s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

  • Knowledge of prudential frameworks and standards (Basel III, COREP, FINREP, IFRS)

  • Experience with SQL, MS Office, MS Access

  • Fluency in English

  • Good communication skills

  • Analytical and problem solving skills

  • Ability to adapt to changing environments
