Travel Operations Admin (English) / Office

We are looking for individuals passionate about the travel industry and willing to be a part of our Portugal team. We are growing and looking for great talent like you.
STARTING DATE: 1st of February, 2022
Office based (Albufeira, Algarve, Portugal)
Mandatory residency in Portugal during application
Responsibilities:
- Manage reservation requests and confirmations between supplier and members
- Manage Reservation changes as requested by Sales, CXC or members
- Special projects related to department as requested by leadership
Requirements:
- Available to work according to US working hours: shifts in between 2pm and 2am (LIS), two rotating days off
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
- Be professional always in email, on the phone or in person
- High School Diploma
- QA Reservations
- Must have high attention to detail and strong written and computer skills
- Strong work ethic and dedication to schedule requirements
- Willingness to follow direction and work in rapid pace, changing environment
- Proficient and clear English written and spoken language
- Work experience within the travel industry (preferred)
- Possess problem solving skills (preferred)
- Good time management skills (preferred)
- Analytical skills
- Preferred - creative and adobe photoshop
Compensation & Perks:
- Base salary + 2 extra months of salary
