They have created a Tech Hub in Lisbon and are now looking to grow their teams.

Your new role

This position is responsible for developing the ServiceNow environment across production and non-production instances.

The developer will work closely with the ServiceNow Admin to perform application maintenance including incident and problem management and error identification and remediation. This position works closely with the rest of the Automation and Continuous Improvement team to review, test, package, and commit configuration for production release.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Works with cross-functional SMEs on issue resolution and process compliance


• Manages and resolves incidents, problems, and requests against ServiceNow applications/services including engagement with ServiceNow HI support where necessary;


• Reviews, tests, and migrates configuration for production release;


• Assists instance Security, User/Group Access/Access Control Lists;


• Contributes to ServiceNow knowledge base;


• Assists platform integrations;


• Champions standards and best practices.

What you need to succeed

• 3 years of experience with Javascript and SQL (Mandatory)


• Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform or similar


• Experience with business process design


• Knowledge of ServiceNow's Common Service Data Model or similar

• Ability to execute and prioritise a number of tasks simultaneously


• Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills


• Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
