The Sales and Tenders Administrative for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for Supporting the sales team by providing administrative and organizational assistance. Providing bid generation support facilitates communication and supporting all the sales processes. Applying DBS to the Sales Admin activities.
You will be a part of the logistics process team and back-up to the tender/contract department and will report to the Sales Manager in Portugal.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Support the sales force to leverage the sales processes
Interact with CSR department to solve customer issues linked to contracts creation/modification
Preventively or correctly avoid all Becpri situations. Create the OKC contract, SOA?s and coordinate the instrument movement with Backoffice, logistics, sales and FSE.
Under the coordination of the sales manager, establish contact with third parties decided at local level
Create contracts on Oracle
Manage public tenders: public platforms, preparation, and submission of proposals.
Update and maintain the visual management of the Lisbon Office
Participate in all required daily management and introduce DBS
Keep all the related KPI?s updated
Translate administrative and technical documents.
Receive and deal with visitors, vendors, customers and suppliers
Plan and manage facility central services
Support Reception Assistant
Keep organization and order
Receive and forward invoice payments/ receivables to the correspondent manager for approval
Archive associates and office expenses
The essential requirements of the job include:
Master's degree or higher-level training in public procurement and public contract management.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Certified training in public electronic procurement platforms
Knowledge of legislation in general and of public procurement law
Good understanding of the commercial and public procurement process.
Ability to manage stress
Microsoft Office
Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish
