Let's start with the role

We're looking for an organised professional to join our Talent Acquisition team and support the coordination and scheduling of interviews as well as the team projects and events. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing a premium Kaizen Gaming experience for our internal hiring managers across Portugal and Latin America Countries and all candidates pursuing new opportunities within the organisation.

What is in for you

• Support the Talent Acquisition process from initial application until final offer extension acting as point-of-contact to candidates;


• Ensure thorough communication and organisation across all parties in the hiring process and prioritise system accuracy;


• Update and maintain all the relevant details in our e-recruiting tools;


• Work on different kinds of projects, such as conducting market research and process improvement initiatives;


• Ensure great candidate and hiring manager experience aligned with the Kaizen Gaming mission, vision and values;


• Support our Employer Branding initiatives and career events.

What you'll bring

• Exposure in recruitment, HR, or Admin in a fast-paced environment;


• Solution-focused with a proactive and customer-centric attitude;


• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;


• Ability to prioritise & multitask;


• Ability to work independently and in a team;


• Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and verbally.

Nice to have:

• Degree in HR or any related field;


• Sourcing experience;


• Adept user of Gmail's suite.
