Noesis is looking for a candidate with the following profile for a Nearshore Project:

Key Deliverables:

• To work with department?s technical and functional staff to analyse requirements and develop enhancements to the MIM environment.
• To ensure the ongoing stability and overall health of the MIM environment and OS, including Sharepoint and SQL platforms.
• To develop custom reports as required.
• To design and implement connectors to internal systems as required.
• Conduct analysis of existing solution, document any gaps, redesign existing custom workflows using supported templates.
• Maintain development sandbox environment and keep in sync with production.
• Troubleshooting application/solution issues and problem analysis, technical investigation, and resolution of support queries and escalations.
• To maintain, upgrade and patch the MIM environment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum performance and stability in line with best practices.
• Resource and Capacity Planning.
• Documentation of critical tasks.
• Support the Identity team and other colleagues through mentoring, documentation, coaching and knowledge sharing, with a focus on continuous improvement and service delivery
• To provide advice and guidance on the implementation of Privileged Access Management (PAM)/Just In Time Admin (JITA)/Just Enough Admin (JEA)

Minimum or Mandatory Requirements:

1. Experience level required

It is a mandatory requirement, that the Resource proposed for this Role has the equivalent of Intermediate level experience (i.e. has 4-6 years? experience) in this Role.

In the event that a Framework Member can only provide a Resource with a higher level of experience than that required, the Framework Client may accept the higher level Resource, however the Framework Client will only pay the rates applicable to the Resource experience level as set out here. The Framework Client may award higher marks for Resources who exceed the minimum experience level.

2. Qualification/s

The Resource proposed must have the following qualification - this is a Pass/Fail requirement:

Either

1. MCSE Microsoft Professional Certification in an Identity discipline (FIM/MIM), or;

2. Equivalent MS approved certification

3. English Language Proficiency

Be fluent in the English language.

Technical Knowledge of:

1) Designing, administering, developing and maintaining MIM 2016 Environments. This includes migrating/upgrading FIM/MIM to newer versions and patch management

2) Building connectors/Management Agents to internal systems.

Designing, building and implementing workflows, using native building block workflow activities, MIMWAL and custom/code-based workflows.

3) Designing and implementing federation solutions using ADFS and AAD/AD Connect

4) MIM/AD PowerShell scripting

5) I.T. Infrastructure Support on current product versions (Windows Server OS, AD/AD Certificate Services, SQL, Clustering, Sharepoint, Networking, Virtualization, Backups, IIS)

6) Advanced security methodologies (PAM/JITA/JEA)

7) Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis within MIM/Sharepoint/SQL environments.
