  You will be a crucial member of the Internal IT team and you will support the employees with troubleshooting, installations, and ordering hardware as well as software in their daily work. The hardware includes Macs, iPhones, Apple TVs, printers, and scanners for on-site offices. You will also be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day work associated with managing and processing IT hardware distributed to the end-user. This person is responsible for provisioning laptops, and other mobile devices.

  Comfortable with Apple Hardware and Software (macOS, iOS, tvOS iPad OS) macOS and iOS admin experience (mandatory);
• 
  Google workspace admin - API Knowledge;
• 
  Experience with GSuite;
• 
  Atlassian - Jira / Confluence;
• 
  SSO OKTA;
• 
  Network support - Wi-Fi;
• 
  Linux / Ubuntu;
• 
  Printer support and maintenance;
• 
  Good problem-solving skills from software questions to hardware;
• 
  Service-minded and results oriented.
• 
  We will really be impressed if you have experience with the following:
• 
  Audio/Video support;
• 
  Meeting room equipment support (Google Meet);
• 
  MDM (Jamf Pro and Google device management);
• 
  Scripting AppleScript (Bash, Python);
