Operational Risk Manager

About the job
You will be in charge of managing the CIB organizational referential of the CIB Operational Risk Framework (eSOP and BUG). You will also be in charge of coordinating improvement projects of the 360 Risk Op tool vis-à-vis internal CIB clients.
To best fill out your position, you will need to be familiar with operational risk management methodologies at CIB and be able to assess how group tools can help meet CIB objectives.
Your Main Activities Are
- Advise LoD1 and LoD2 on projects impacting the CIB organisational referential (implementation of complex BUGs, implementation of changes in the organization, optimization of the eSOP setup in link with Group demands, implementation of umbrella BUG, removal of the link with PMA, etc.)
- In case of impacting changes, coordinate the migration of objects into 360 Risk Op that may be needed
- Implement controls on the organizational referential so as to ensure that management rules defined by CCCO Central are correctly applied. Improve those management rules as needed.
- Coordinate requests on 360 Risk Op linked to the operational risk methodologies
- Prepare the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) dashboarding
- Pilot the RCSA campaign from a tool perspective
- Pilot the local view vs group view in 360 Risk Op
- Participate to development workshops around the control module of 360 Risk Op
- Understand CIB needs with our internal CIB clients
- Take part to the design workshops organized by RISK ORC Solutions & ITG to share CIB needs
- Prepare deliverables to feed group workshops
- Coordinate project aspects in implementation of tools (test campaigns, UAT, data quality checks, training organisation, post release feedbacks)
- Investigate with users in case of issues (functionalities, user profiles, etc.)
- On a case by case basis, participate to other workshops on the development of other modules of 360 Risk Op
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor or Master Degree in relevant area
- Between 5 to 10 years of experience in a position of Operational Risk manager
- Fluency in English, both oral and written, is mandatory
- Experience in Project Management is required
- Knowledge of CIB structure
- Get acquainted with CIB and the Group?s operational risk methodologies
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to influence
