About the job

The Sales and Trading team is responsible for all the desk tasks, namely booking trades and coordinating with back office teams a smooth settlement. Additionally, ensures a high level of post-trade services to all clients, as well innovation and automation of tasks.

The Sales and Trading Assistant works closely with Sales and Trading Teams across Europe executing a high number of trades every day, being the first point of contact between Sales and Trading at BNP Paribas and any other internal and external stakeholders.

Your Main Activities Are

• Provides general support to busy desks of Sales people


• Acts as a point of contact for internal and Clients? Back-Office, Middle-Office and Front Office


• Assists with the onboarding of new Clients and Accounts


• When applicable, ensures SSIs (Standard Settlement Instructions)


• Trade booking, allocation and confirmation


• When applicable, draft post trade termsheets and any other applicable legal documentation


• Works with data and dashboards


• Works in high frequency and energetic environment

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor in areas such as Business Management, Economics, Finance and Accounting


• Experience in Banking and Financial Operations (up to 2 years)


• Knowledge of Data Viz Blending Analytics Power BI


• Fluency in English or French


• Communication skills (oral and written)


• String attention to detail


• Resilience


• Adaptability
