Our client is a global multinational corporation.

Descrição

• Act as a single point of contact regarding all HR themes for those workers who are on the operations across all Europe;


• Coordinate HR admin tasks and the relationship with employees abroad;


• Control and report HR KPI's;


• Ensure company compliance with local policies-practices in terms of staff management;


• Support staff on labour and legal questions which may impact their daily activity;


• Manage well-being programs and support the operations with data and information to help decision-making process;


• Coordinate with local suppliers in several countries across Europe.

Perfil ideal

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or similar;


• At least 6 to 8 years of professional experience in similar role on multinational environment;


• Strong HR experience on operational business activities;
  
• Good MS Office knowledge;


• Fluent in English;


• Effective oral and written communication skills and comfort working with people abroad;


• Strong organizational skills, hands-on, energetic and autonomous;


• Team player, with excellent communication skills.
