SITE MANAGER

Position Overview:

The Site Manager position reports directly to the Project Manager. Operating autonomously must be able to manage complex project processes, providing leadership and guidance to the entire site team s the primary communication conduit for the installation teams and IMI's clients. This position supports multiple clients, as well as multiple installation teams throughout Europe. The Site Manager is responsible for communicating and tracking the progress of various objectives and goals established for each project.

You'll Be Responsible For The Following:

- Ensure that all Health and Safety and Environmental policies are followed.
- Planning, scheduling, assigning work, and ensuring that all tasks comply with the company policies, procedures, codes, and regulations.
- Manage and communicate to the teams through the Crew Leads, and/or Installation Technicians with regular status meetings.
- Ability to prioritize, schedule, and logistically support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Provide status updates to the clients on a regular basis and appropriately distributes any issues identified by the client throughout the company and/or third parties to fulfill the client’s needs.
- Provide a project summary, requirements, scope of work, bill of material, key milestones, and the timeline for each client project to the appropriate Team Lead.
- Assist in the scheduling of installation dates and resources needed for the successful installation of the project.
- Identifying, analyzing, and reporting product performance and quality issues.
- Manage Work in Progress (WIP) material and project-related documentation in an orderly fashion.
- Establish themselves as the team liaison for all client matters escalated upward from the installation site or downward from the client.
- Maintains current information on the status of each project and reports as requested by IMI Management, including preparing and presenting manufacturing KPI Reports.
- Acts as a technical expert in all areas of the install process.
- Provide coaching to others in areas of proven competence.
- Supports the installation teams with technical information/ product requests and timing to the client and vendor to remove roadblocks for the installation team.
- Understands and tracks clients / IMI signoff requirements and status at client site upon completion of system installation.
Identifies individual training needs and process improvements needed to himself and his Team.

Experience/Education:

We are looking for candidates who’ve attained an Engineering bachelor’s degree or relevant vocational qualification in Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, Construction Management, or another related field. Have a minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a fast-paced supervisory, project management, and/or client relations position.

We Require the Following from You:

- Between 3-5 years of successful experience in a related project/construction management field.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental EU regulations and procedures.
- Well-founded within logistics systems with focus on site installation activities as well as commissioning and test procedures.
- Good knowledge of assembly. power up and verification of automated warehouse systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Flexible in terms of work hours, open to shifting schedules, extended work hours and working on holidays and weekends.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Effective time management and organizational skills that allows you to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential and delicate client information.
- Ability to travel internationally and domestically as needed
- Fluent spoken and written English, additional languages capabilities will be a plus.
- Must possess the right to work in the country of employment & across the EEA
- Possess valid EU driving license
- Travel up 90%
