The Reverse KYC Officer is responsible for the query management outside of SWIFT KYCR & BNPP SA data management.

Your Main Activities Are

• Coordinates E2E reverse KYC by directly replying to the counterparts by either redirecting them to the data source, or with the information delegated to the team

  
  

• Identifies the documents and information required to complete / update the counterparts? KYC file and liaise with the internal BNPP network to collect them

  
  

• Uses all available and validated sources to collect documentation & information required without counterpart / RM involvement

  
  

• Monitors the collection process and escalate if necessary

  
  

Profile and Skills to Success

• Academic background in Law, Finance or related areas

  
  

• Up to 4 years? professional experience in Due Diligence, KYC, Compliance and Client Management areas

  
  

• Knowledge of management platforms, SWIFT KYC Registry, CRM tool

  
  

• Ability to develop and adapt a process

  
  

• Ability to deliver/Results driven

  
  

• Ability to share/pass on knowledge

  
  

• Client focused

  
  

• Fluency in English
