a comprehensive system to monitor and analyze the impact of media, social conversations and customer feedback. Our cloud-based solutions are designed to help businesses track, analyze and measure brand visibility across media content and social conversations.
We are currently looking for an expert in maintenance of sourcing to be part of our team.
Responsibilities:
Under the responsibility of the production manager and in coordination with a media manager, Maintenance and quality control of sourcing: on-line / off-line publications and social networks monitored and downloaded.
- daily control of the correct functioning of the connectors of the content providers
- daily control of downloaded content and removal of duplicate sources
- management of source panels requested by clients
- communication with content providers: follow-up of their news, management of complaints, implementation of new requests
- communication with the product and R&D teams: reporting and monitoring of bugs, request for the installation of new connectors, etc.
- day-to-day relationship with the project team: daily requests relating to the integration of new sources, integration problems, corrections of sources and feasibility and volume evaluations on any new subject.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Office tools and database
- Comprehensive knowledge of social networks
- Good working knowledge of spoken and written English; French communication skills is a plus
- Team spirit, flexibility and responsiveness
