Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
As the "right hand" of the Operations Manager and working on a fast-pace environment, you will ensure an operation with a high standard of organization and planning, as well as efficient and profitable. We are looking for a methodical professional, with the highest capacity for organization and attention to detail.
Main functions and responsibilities:
Operations and services planning (workforce management)- Reporting and Analysis
Leadership of profitability improvement programs- Analysis and monitoring of customer satisfaction KPIs (e.g. NPS, C-SAT)
Project administration
Strong focus on tracking and traceability (e.g. KPIs, measures, projects, profitability, protocols, agreements)
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
Professional with completed university studies in a relevant field
Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar functions (preferably in contact centers or services sector)
Extensive knowledge of BI tools and Excel proficiency
Analytical thinking and with ease for calculations
Strong focus on results and profitability
Bilingual Portuguese-English (exclusive)
Empathetic and open team player: transparent, good communicator, easy to get along with, cooperative and supportive with colleagues and clients
Knowledge and experience with process automation tools is a plus (RPA, AI)
