About the job

The D&I Officer plays an active role in the execution and pursuit of BNP Paribas Portugal Diversity & Inclusion goals and the engagement of the entire Organisation in the actions that will be necessary to meet them.

Your Main Activities Are

• Participate in the development and implementation of the D&I strategy


• Manage and/ or support the D&I projects implementation ensuring the accomplishment of the goals established


• Support the organization of meetings, events and CSR/D&I related team-buildings: ask for proposals, discuss and assist on its implementation


• Supporting the preparation of the diverse internal committees (CSR and D&I Champions, D&I Council)


• Preparing all the applicable documentation (procedures), processes (KYP) and reporting (on initiatives, KPI?s)


• Supporting and advising the employees? networks and the ONE association


• Participate in the creation and execution of the D&I-related communication plan (content, communication/community tools, social media and events) in collaboration with the Communications team


• Ensure the maintenance and continual improvement of the Volunteering Community, propose and promote new volunteering missions to ensure the accomplishment of the goals established


• Ensure the local contribution to the Global reports (ex. PHI, 1MH2H) for internal and external use, involving the teams that own the relevant data in the process

Profile and Skills to Success

• Academic Background Social Sciences or Human Resources


• Good communication skills - oral & written
