The main responsibilities of this position is the contribution to the IT Asset Management processes and action involving MEGA ITPM.

The context of this opportunity: As part of the development of its IT Risk & Governance Management team, the IT Risk Officer from Cardif Corporate IT organization in Paris (France) is looking for an IT Asset Management contributor based in Lisbon. This professional will be part of a team ensuring the support provided to the different Entities around the world.

The ideal profile must have at least 5 years of proven experience of expertise on IT Processes and IT Products and wide knowledge of business software, technical software, language and framework, operating systems, hardware.

This professional will ensure IT reporting.

Main Functions:

Technological References Management by maintaining and keeping up to date that database, updating related data;

IT Assets Management, in close relationship with the local IT of the different countries, by checking the overall consistency of IT Assets Inventories, keeping up-to-date information on products, applications configurations and projects dedicated to obsolescence mitigation, producing the obsolescence reports;

Collaboration with other team members, sharing the workload;

Collaboration on IT Asset Management and Risk Management projects;

IT Asset data quality analysis and update in line with Group requirements;

This professional will also work closely with the Corporate IT organization and will have contact with all countries;

Qualifications

Academic degree in IT (mandatory)

Very good Expertise in Excel (mandatory)

Fluency in French is a plus.

An Asian language/culture will be a plus. Experience in a multi-cultural environment will be really appreciated.

At least 5 to 10 years of expertise on IT Processes and IT Products. Wide knowledge of business software, technical software, language and framework, operating systems, hardware (mandatory)

Good knowledge of IT Processes and IT technical architecture standards
