Responsibilities:
Works with Business Operations Manager to develop short, medium plans that promote channel growth.
Teamwork in order to define, implement and measure key programs improving SFDC business support.
Develop, maintain, and execute procedures to improve business data quality.
Manage deal registration best practices and accuracy.
Consolidate market data and make it available thru SFDC.
Ensure effective analysis of channel trends and assist in development of key projects.
Work with cross functional teams to operationalize new programs.
Responsible for building, maintaining, and tracking partners business info thru SFDC
Provide consultative support to partners by evaluating and understanding their needs and subsequently develop customized solutions to support their business requests.
Standardizing access and maintaining support on most relevant partners sales business tools.
Qualifications:
BS degree in Information Technology, Marketing or relevant Comercial field experience.
Understand customer and partner's requirements on sales business intelligence.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic sales support issues.
Maintain strong interpersonal presentation and support skills.
Excellent problem-solving, communication skills and analytical.
Creativity and desire to collaborate with partners and colleagues across disciplines.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Skills with SFDC and Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).
Proficient in the English language.
Purpose:
Participant in a student / internship program co-participated by the Portugal IEFP institute. The role content may vary according to the functional area but is likely to include sales and marketing activities and complementar learning opportunities and a ?hands on? approach.
