We?re growing our team and looking for a quality-driven and committed Talent Acquisition Assistant that will be responsible for increasing our talent pool and supporting the talent acquisition team in the recruitment process. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand, and ensure great relationships with candidates.

We have offices in Dublin, Lisbon, and Toronto and delivery centers in Argentina, Portugal, and Romania. With prestigious clients across North America and Europe, we develop and implement solutions that enable them to master the demands of a digital-based economy.
You will help us grow our team by finding talented people that fit our needs, requirements, and culture. You will be part of a highly dynamic team and have an active talent acquisition role in the tech industry. Your day-to-day responsibilities and tasks will include:
  • Managing and growing our talent pool to build a pipeline for future needs.

  • Using direct sourcing tools and techniques to ensure the growth of our talent pool;

  • Taking steps to ensure a positive candidate experience.

  • Keep regular communication with past applicants regarding new jobs and careers opportunities.

  • Qualifying potential candidates.

  • Ensure compliance with the department?s processes and procedures.

  • Support the talent team in all inherent tasks.

Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role;

  • Experience in the IT/Software Development sector (preferred);

  • Understanding of all recruiting methods and techniques.

  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.

  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.

  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.

  • Tech-savvy and experienced using technology and digital systems.

  • Able to deal with the change in a tech environment.

  • Team player with the capacity to perform tasks independently and proactively.

  • Ability to follow methodologies and procedures;

  • Highly organized and fast learner.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;

  • Having a results-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent communicator (spoken and written).

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
