Reporting hierarchically to the Head of OPC PIMH and functionally to the GCC Head of Business Risk management based in Dubai, your role will be to ensure that the Group requirements and the Wealth Management procedure are applied and in line with the local organisation / regulation for the following WM sites: WM DIFC and WM BIC KSA

Your Main Activities Are

Controls performance:

• To perform the defined Key Surveillance Points (KSPs):

  
  

  • The specific controls related to activities within the scope ? OPC local independent controls

    
    

  • The annual control plan ? Generic Control Plan WM RISK ORC H.O.

    
    
• Send reports for issue to Line Manager based on the findings from internal control reviews.


• To ensure that control results are reviewed and analysed by the Entity Management and when relevant by operational teams / relevant stakeholders and that remediation action plans are defined if and when needed


• Follow up of anomalies detected during the controls

Profile and Skills to Success

• Undergraduate degree in Economy, Finance or similar


• Knowledge of the organization of BNP Paribas.


• Knowledge of banking transactions on current & savings accounts


• Knowledge of BNPP?s activities, WM products, processes and systems i


• Good understanding and broad experience of a wide range of banking functions at an operational level


• General understanding of the Group control framework


• Knowledge of regulatory environment


• Very organized and able to work independently.


• Good team spirit


• Highly proactive


• Sense of risk


• Good knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)


• English Mandatory


• French and/or Arabic is a plus
