You will help us support and manage our clients while liaising with our different teams and departments. Your day-to-day responsibilities and tasks will include:
- Managing inbound calls.
- Making outbound calls to existing clients.
- Redirecting clients to designated departments, teams, and resources according to their needs.
- Be the point of contact between the client and the team.
- Registering support and service requests with our ticketing system.
- Maintaining an open dialog with our clients while supporting them.
Requirements
- Experience dealing with the public.
- Call center experience.
- Tech-savvy and experienced using technology and digital systems.
- Highly organized and fast learner.
- Team player with the capacity to perform tasks independently and proactively.
- Able to deal with the change in a tech environment.
- Great communication skills (spoken and written)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
