About the job

Your role, as a project manager will be to integrate and strengthen the CIB Portugal Solutions Smartsourcing Project Team. Your mission is to facilitate and ensure the success of transformation projects, whilst striving for the continuous improvement of your team?s project management methodologies and related tools.

You will benefit from several training opportunities and team interactions that will provide you with the required banking know-how to allow you to drive transformation into the core of BNP Paribas.

Your Main Activities Are

• Manage Nearshoring Projects end to end


• Build assessment on Target Organisational models


• Develop and analyse Business Cases


• Build Risk Assessments


• Implement Setup Models - IT, HR, SLA, Premises


• Prioritize / accelerate and secure delivery of projects? streams and tasks


• Propose meaningful governance, onboard key stakeholders and coordinate their contribution


• Bring top down perspective and escalate any transversal issues


• Provide methodological / expertise support to deliver ongoing initiatives


• Foster positive change environment across clients? teams

Profile and Skills to Success

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Project management/consulting required


• Education, Qualifications and Training: Business School or Engineering School
  
• Previous experience in an investment banking and/or strategy consulting will be appreciated


• Mastery of project management methodologies and tools


• Capable of delivering impactful presentations to the internal client, adopting a communication style which is open, critical and constructive (ability to independently interact with senior management)


• Ability to think strategically and step back to have perspective view on our business


• Ability to simplify complex information in a clearly organized, appropriate and visually interesting manner


• Highly organized: able to multi-task (i.e. work on several initiatives at the same time)


• Strong attention to detail: needs to be the ?go-to person? for project progress, task status, budget (forecasts/actuals), milestones, resources plans and schedules


• Strong written, presentation and verbal communication


• Client service mind-set: able to understand client?s thoughts and feelings and to put internal client / project needs in front of everything else


• Energetic, proactive, determined, drives change, positive, goal focused and consistent


• Proven emotional and situational intelligence to influence positively clients towards change


• Provide honest and independent advice
