We?re seeking an enthusiastic and people-centric Member Experience Associate to join the team!

We make it easy for everyone to build healthy habits and eat more fruit and vegetables by creating innovative products that are highly nutritious, sustainable and delicious.


How We Do It


We transform fresh, organic fruits and veggies into handy meal moments such as smoothies, gum drops, and more to come!


Almost half of the world?s fresh fruits and vegetables are thrown away uneaten. Our flash-freeze, slow-dry process cuts waste by putting produce on standby until our members are ready to enjoy it. We also lighten our footprint by using compostable packaging and offsetting all emissions from shipping!


Job Overview


We are a fast growing B-Corp startup who strongly believes every single kencko-er we hire is a key part of our shared success. We are now seeking a full-time Member Experience Associate to help drive a subscriber-centered culture. The schedule for this opportunity is Tuesday – Saturday (days off = Sundays and Mondays); 10 am – 19h Lisbon time.


Main Goals


You?ll be on the question-and-answer front lines, applying your guru-level knowledge of kencko, health and wellness to support and retain our members. That means learning and communicating your expertise in ways that cater to a variety of different learning styles. This role requires a whole lotta creativity?and plenty of spunk and positivity to boot. Most importantly, you?ve got to be able to think on your feet?even when the terrain gets rough.


Responsibilities


>Respond to a variety of technical and non-technical inquiries as quickly and accurately as possible across several platforms
>Provide on-the-spot customer service when possible
>Stay in communication with each customer until their issues are solved
>Monitor and track support cases within kencko?s help desk and social media channels
>Moderate and reply to posts and comments on social media posts to address questions and promote sales


Experience You Bring


>(1+ years) in social media moderation, customer service and communication



>Natural problem solving abilities
>Demonstrated expertise in Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
>Above average computer skills
>An empathetic innovator who sees through the eyes of a customer
>Excellent writing, grammar, and people skills
> Full fluency in English
> Availability to work Tuesday – Saturday (days off = Sundays and Mondays); 10 am – 19h Lisbon time.
